What are your typical lead times?
Standard production runs ship 4–6 weeks from order. Custom prototypes inside 2 weeks. Rush orders subject to floor availability.
What is the minimum order quantity?
Standard catalog items: 25–100 units depending on the line. Custom fabrication MOQ negotiated per project, typically 25 units for prototypes, 100+ for production.
Can you build to my drawing or sample?
Yes. Send a PDF, an annotated photo, or a physical sample. A fabricator (not a salesperson) reviews and quotes.
Do you ship outside Canada?
We ship continent-wide. US deliveries handled via cross-border freight; quote includes brokerage and duties on request.
