1 · Compliance target

RD Wire Products is committed to providing an accessible website that conforms to WCAG 2.0 Level AA as required by Ontario Regulation 191/11 (Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation, AODA).

Carve-outs per O. Reg. 191/11 s. 14:

• WCAG 2.0 SC 1.2.4 (live captions) — not required
• WCAG 2.0 SC 1.2.5 (audio descriptions) — not required

2 · How we test

• Automated audits with axe-core on every PR (CI gate)
• Lighthouse Accessibility score = 100 enforced as a build budget
• Manual keyboard-only navigation pass on every release
• Screen-reader smoke testing (NVDA / VoiceOver)

3 · Multi-year accessibility plan

Our multi-year plan (s. 4 of O. Reg. 191/11) covers accessible procurement, training, feedback handling, and content review on a five-year cadence. The full plan is available on request.

We file accessibility compliance reports with the Government of Ontario every three years, as required by AODA for organizations with 20+ employees.
